Our Delivery

Your delivery costs are based on the weight or size of your order and its delivery destination. Unless the order falls in the free postage promotion.
We use post for all our deliveries
  • All standard orders are sent by registered parcel post;
  • Standard delivery costs are based on the weight or size of your selected items and your delivery destination;
  • Costs are displayed at checkout before you pay;
  • You can request delivery by Express Post – fixed costs apply;
  • Usually, we dispatch all orders within 24 hours, unless received on a Saturday or Sunday. These orders will be processed the following Monday.

Extended Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly exchange or refund your product within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. See below for exclusions.
